The editor is where the story becomes a film.

A screenplay tells you what happens. SceneFlow lets you decide how it feels: when the camera cuts, how long a beat lasts, where a character stands, what they are looking at, and whether the dialogue lands.

The workflow is deliberately lightweight. Make a change, press play, and see the consequence immediately. When the sequence works, share it with collaborators or carry the structured plan into AI video generation.

1

Create the scene

From the dashboard, choose Upload or paste a screenplay to build a playable scene, or Start from scratch to open an empty scene and add characters, scenery, and dialogue yourself. Plain-text (.txt) and Fountain (.fountain) scripts are supported.

2

Direct the timeline

Build shots, blocking, movement, pauses, dialogue, and performance beats.

3

Make the handoff

Share the whole-movie animatic and collect feedback, export a scene to MP4, or open Generate AI Movie to review the scene prompt and generate a video.

Before you begin

Open the editor in a browser window at least 1025 pixels wide. Collapse either sidebar when you need more space for the stage. Changes to an action can be previewed before you choose Save action or Update action.
